1. Who you are contracting with

Resource Witch (resourcewitch.com) is operated by Maid By Experts LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). When you use Resource Witch, you are entering into an agreement with Maid By Experts LLC.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

3. The service

Resource Witch is a search tool that helps people find healthcare providers, medical equipment suppliers and community services across the United States, using public records, published plan directories and web research. Results are informational. Always confirm insurance, eligibility, hours and availability directly with the provider. Resource Witch is not medical advice and is not an emergency service — call 911 in an emergency.

4. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be of legal age to enter a contract, and if you use the service for an organization you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or to send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• introduce malware, probe or test for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service's security or operation;
• scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the service or its results, or get around usage limits;
• reverse engineer the software, except where the law allows it;
• enter patient-identifying or protected health information into search fields.

6. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. We keep all rights in the service, including the software, design, documentation and the Resource Witch name and logo. Public records shown in results remain subject to their original sources' terms.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Stripe. Depending on your location, your purchase may be completed through Stripe's Link (charges may appear as "LINK.COM* Resource Witch" on your statement), which also calculates and collects applicable sales tax.

Prices are shown in US dollars and taxes are added at checkout where required. New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card required. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. See our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work to keep Resource Witch available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, or that every listing is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses (such as lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. When your account ends, we delete or anonymise your account data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll tell you by email or in the app; continued use means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
